Executive Assistant

Rebecca is a born and raised Texan with a heart for ministry, kids, serving others, and the great outdoors!  After her 12-year career as a horse trainer, riding instructor, and ranch operations manager, the Lord called her to full-time ministry, first as a passionate volunteer, followed by joining staff at her home church, and now as Executive Assistant to the President of CRI. She uses her passion for organizing, project management, curating healthy culture, and caring for others to advance the mission by managing complex calendars, projects, communications, documentation, events, and staff care with excellence and discretion. As the Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor of Staff at Lakepointe Church in Dallas, she created a culture workbook for 300+ team members and led an onboarding culture class for new staff members. At CRI she works to further strengthen the culture and deploy care for our hard working staff and missionaries as they care for the vulnerable and lost across the globe. Rebecca is especially strong in planning and execution, research and documentation, culture building, onboarding, donor relations, and helping teams stay aligned and moving forward. She is known for protecting leaders’ time, creating clear systems, and helping teams stay focused and organized in everyday operations and high-pressure seasons.

When she isn't organizing or planning you can find her enjoying life on her farm and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Phillip, and her two active boys!
