Since 2018, Maria has served malnourished babies at our Tessa Grace Nutrition location in Savane, Mozambique—a partner ministry of Project Life. She vividly remembers the day someone told her about Jesus. Now, she loves teaching other women, and especially the mothers of the babies in the Tessa Grace program about His love too.

Maria has served as a caregiver with Project Life since 2016. Maria became a Christian when her sister-in-law invited her to church. She finds in her ministry many reasons to celebrate, but also times to mourn. She loves to teach God’s Word to others and care for them by sharing the gospel.

Since 2010, Manuel has served malnourished babies at our Tessa Grace Nutrition Center —a partner ministry of Project Life. Manuel received Christ in 1987 when a friend invited him to church. At Tessa Grace, Manuel most loves teaching others the Word of God and praying for individual needs when he makes home visits.

Madalena's household was affected by the recent cyclones. Because of this experience she can empathize with the widows under her care who have so little. She prays that her service within Project Life will glorify God in all things and in all ways.

Lurde desires that God will use her to bless the lives of the widows she serves. Her life is filled with “pure joy” when she is able to minister to those who need Christ most.

Laurinha has served as a caretaker since 2007. She loves sharing the love of Christ with others. Laurinha broke her leg as a child, and still limps from that injury. Even so she walks long distances to show compassion to the people of Project Life. “God is so good, and He has helped me the most. God sent Project Life to me.”

Fernanda began working as a Project Life Caregiver in 2022. She serves as an interpreter in the Church and also leads services and women's groups. She says “visiting and supporting people is the most beautiful and kind thing” and she hopes to continue being a light. She seeks prayer for her unsaved husband, wisdom for this new job, and the health and safety of her family.

Fatima has served as a caregiver since 2014. She loves to lead Bible studies for the ladies in her community. She is married with 2 children.

Nothing makes Emilia happier than spending time with the widows under her care. She knows how powerful a community of Christian believers can be. Emilia has served with Project Life since 2010.

Elisa has served as a caregiver since 2013. She loves to tell her testimony to others. She is married with 4 children.

Celma has served as a Project Life Caregiver since 2019. She met Christ through our Tessa Grace Nutrition ministry. Now, as a caregiver, Celma hopes to bless others in times of need, just as she has been blessed.

Since 2018, Augusta has served malnourished babies at our Tessa Grace Nutrition location in Savane, Mozambique—a partner ministry of Project Life. She is also the leader of the women’s group at the Savane church. She loves making sure our Tessa Grace babies receive the care they need.

Anita has served as a caregiver since 2019. She came to know Christ in 1987 through her husband’s witness. She is the president of the Dondo Church’s mom’s group. “I want to teach and lead people to Jesus. My time serving in Project Life is God’s time.”

Emilia has served as a caretaker since 2007. She loves to visit the sick in the hospital and share the gospel with them. She is married with 6 children.
