As he shared the gospel for the next 8 years more villagers would come to know Christ. Pastor YK was able to build a small thatched roof church for those who sought the Lord.

Their sincere love for the villagers and for God has resulted in a church on fire for the Lord.
Pastor ES
Some time ago, Pastor ES and another Deep Forest pastor entered a new village. They asked God to heal the ailing and shared their testimonies. God answered their prayers. Several in the village accepted Christ. When the pastors returned home, a group of men attacked them in the dark. Both pastors suffered injuries. Days later, recovered, they returned to the same village. They shared the Gospel and again prayed for healing—and God answered. People placed their faith in Christ. Now, like Pastor ES, they trust God as their refuge and strength.
