Emergency Relief

Haitian refugee families in the Dominican Republic
need your help!

Earlier today, the homes of 25 children we care for through our IFEC tutoring center were destroyed by a landowner and police using backhoes and bulldozers. These children are Haitian refugees and the community they live in is a slum on the side of a hill near the IFEC Center. Without warning, their homes and everything in them were destroyed. It’s cold, rainy, and they now have no shelter, clothing, food, or water.

The Zimmermans have known these children for years, and they are scared and hurting for them.

Money raised will cover one month’s rent for rooms/homes for the families, as well as help with food, water, and clothing.
