Our Story
We met in San Antonio, Texas in 2005 where we spent many hours playing on the lake and tubing down the river together. We were married in 2006, and shortly thereafter moved to Rockwall, Texas so that Jason could attend seminary at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Since 2006, we have led teams to CRI’s projects in Kenya, Mozambique, and India. Our daughter Keller was born in 2009 and took her first trip overseas to Mozambique in 2010. Our son Cannon was born in April of 2011.
We feel we have been called by God to serve the poorest of the poor with Children’s Relief International. It is through children that the face of a country can be changed.
Jason’s current role as Vice President of Operations involves overseeing the various projects around the world, ensuring the projects are running well, systems of accountability are in place, and communication is clear. The role requires him to wear lots of hats and travel frequently—which he enjoys! Lindy currently works as a part time CPA and full time mom! Once fully supported she will work with CRI’s Finance & Human Resources overseeing reporting, taxes, compensation, etc. She is excited about working to help make CRI one of the best organizations at taking care of its missionaries (both American and International) and the children our programs help.
