Internships
Internships with Children’s Relief International are up-front, close and personal. Slaying the giants of poverty in India and Africa is not for the fainthearted.
Our internships are geared towards self-starters, visionaries, and those who are flexible. The cost, timing and your ministry focus will be discussed during the application process. We offer internships in the following locations:
Rajahmundry, India
Ministry: Interaction with children at the Rajah Children’s Home; potential involvement with pastoral leadership in the Deep Forest (church plants).
Time frame: 30 days onsite under the supervision of our native partners: Pastor Isaiah & Anantha Gottimukkala.
Kolkata, India (women only)
Ministry: Interaction with children and women’s ministry (Mudpaths).
Time frame: 30 days onsite under the supervision of our native partner, Smriti Maiti.
Mozambique, Africa
Ministry: Varied. Depending on skill set: teaching English at El Shaddai Christian School pre-K through grade 4 or at the vo-tech program for youth, women’s ministries, baking classes, teaching music, medicine and nutrition, sports and construction of a Green Door, home visitation through Project Life (compassion ministry to AIDS widows), and farming.
Time frame: 45 and 60 day onsite options. Interns will be under the supervision of CRI staff, Todd Bush.
